Agreement to terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to purchase. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Product images are representative; natural variation in dry fruits is normal.

Payments

We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. cash on delivery, online payment where available). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your order total including applicable shipping fees.

Usage rules

• No fraudulent orders, abuse of promotions, or automated scraping of our site
• No misuse of customer accounts or harassment of staff
• Respect intellectual property on our site (text, images, branding)

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khan Dry Fruits is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for a proven defect is limited to refund or replacement per our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under Pakistani consumer law.
