Khan Dry Fruits wants you to be satisfied with every order. This policy explains when refunds or replacements apply.

Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Products arrive damaged, spoiled, or clearly not as described
  • Wrong items were delivered
  • Order could not be fulfilled after payment (cancelled by us)

Non-returnable situations

Opened food items cannot be resold for hygiene reasons unless defective on arrival. Change-of-mind returns may not apply to perishable goods unless required by law. Promotional or clearance items may have separate terms shown at purchase.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit as agreed with support.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos of the issue
  2. Our team will verify with courier notes where applicable
  3. We will arrange replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the case
